For a while now there have been rumours of Kareena Kapoor Khan being pregnant. After a lot of back and forth on whether the actress was in fact pregnant or not, Saif Ali Khan decided to end the speculation. In a statement released today, Saif confirmed Kareena's pregnancy saying, "My wife and I would like to announce that we are expecting our first child in December. We would like to thank our well-wishers for their blessings and support and also the press for their discretion and patience."
Back on the film front, Saif Ali Khan who was recently admitted to the hospital after injuring his thumb has resumed work on his next venture titled Kala Kanti that is being directed by Akshat Verma and will also be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj's Rangoon. On the other hand, Kareena Kapoor Khan was last seen in the R. Balki directed Ki & Ka and Anurag Kashyap's Udta Punjab.
